WELCOME TO AGON
Where all are welcome, all are valued
We, the members of Agon, are most concerned with fostering and encouraging the creativity and creative expression of all those on campus including students, staff, faculty, and administration. We will apply ourselves to creating a semesterly magazine which compiles the writings and art of those who submit pieces in order to present them to members of this campus. We will hold writing circles in order to nurture the imagination of any who wishes to attend, and coffee houses in order to provide another medium of artistic expression. We will conduct ourselves with respect and propriety so that we may be seen as upstanding members of the Albright community. We will accept all with openness and warmth so that there is no apprehension in approaching us for submission of, for expression through, or for assistance in any creative writing or artistic matter. We, the members of Agon, will provide a supportive space which will allow the talent, skill, artistry, and ingenuity of creative writers and artists on campus to shine through.
